REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY - All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Elevista Event Team. - Cancellation requests received on or before five working days before the event will be refunded in full, less any cost associated with a credit card surcharge. Alternately you may choose to obtain a credit for future use (valid for 12 months to attend any Elevista event and cannot be exchanged for a refund). - No refunds will be made if cancellation is received after this date. - As an alternative to cancelling, you may nominate and transfer your registration to a replacement delegate to attend in your stead at any time. Please email the Elevista Event Team to arrange this. - Should a workshop or webinar be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of your registration fee will be made available to you if you are unable to attend the rescheduled session. This is the only claim you have for postponement or cancellation. GROUP DISCOUNTS - Group discounts will only be offered if all attendees are registered at the same time of booking. WORKSHOP / WEBINAR ATTENDANCE - In order to receive your Certificate of Attendance for CPD accreditation, you must be physically present in the room (for a public workshop) or present in the webinar session using your unique access link. - We are unable to issue any Certificates of Attendance for those who do not attend the session. - Elevista retains the right to vary the program to deal with unforeseen circumstances. This includes cancelling or rescheduling an event, changing speakers or varying content if the occasion obliges it to do so. - Elevista reserves the right to prohibit entry or eject any person from a workshop or webinar due to inappropriate behaviour. Inappropriate behaviour includes but is not limited to obscene, threatening or defamatory language and any conduct which encourages or constitutes a criminal offence (whether in person or on webinar chat box). - The content provided is not intended to and does not constitute legal advice. No relationship of lawyer and client is formed. WEBINARS - Our webinar series are run through a program called WebinarJam which is hosted by Google Hangouts and integrated through YouTube. Please liaise with your IT Department to ensure you have adequate technology to stream and listen to the live webinar. You do not require a dial in code for the webinar – all interactive elements are carried out via a chat box in the session. - Our webinar sessions are live and are not recorded. You must be present in the room at the time of the scheduled session. - Live webinar prices are per person only. They are not to be distributed or for group viewings. Please note live webinars may be cancelled due to low numbers. If cancelled, we will offer a face-to-face option, a transfer to another webinar or a full refund. - Elevista takes no responsibility for technical issues that may affect your participation in the webinar.
